Health Considerations
Prior to your appointment, please notify the spa manager and your therapist if you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, physical disabilities or if you are pregnant.
Our facility is handicap accessible.
Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. Our spa staff will always try their best to provide a service time for you. It is best to call at least two weeks prior to the date you are requesting. Upon booking individual services, packages or groups, a major credit card is required. A 50% deposit is required for all packages.
Cancellations & Changes
For all individual services, 4 hours notice is required to avoid a full charge for service. 48 hours cancellation is required for all packages. Group bookings 72 hours to avoid full charge.
Lateness
Any late arrivals will be given the remainder of time allotted for each individual service. Please know that the hotel is not responsible for booking or cancelling spa reservations. Changes to individual services require 4 hours notice prior to appointment.
Arrival
Being on time is greatly appreciated. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you the time to register, make use of locker room, jacuzzi, steam, showers, or just relax prior to your treatment. Robes, towels and slippers are provided. Failure to return locker key, robe or slippers will result in a $100.00 charge.

15% gratuity included in price. If you wish to leave more please let us know at check out.
Age Requirements
Our Spa is an adult environment, for this reason all clients must be 13 or older to recieve spa treatments. Manicures and pedicures have no age requirement. 18 years to use jacuzzi, steam, sauna, exercise facility and quiet rooms. Proof of age will be required.
Payment Policy
Payment is required upon completion of service. Debit, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Hotel guests are welcome to sign charges to their hotel rooms if a credit card is recorded at booking with spa. No checks are accepted.
